Falconets of Nigeria have qualified for the Quarter-finals you of the ongoing FIFA U-20 women’s World Cup after a hard fought 1-0 win over South Korea.
A late strike from Esther Onyenezide gave the Falconets victory over South Korea in their second Group C game.

With the game heading for a goalless draw, Onyenezide got the winner to secure the Falconets’ second win of the tournament.
This is now Falconer’s third consecutive win against South Korea in the history of the U-20 women’s World Cup.
The coach Christopher Danjuma-led side will face Canada in their final group game on Wednesday.
That would be a better move if they should continue this way
