It is common knowledge that eating good food (balanced diet), Exercising and getting the right amount of rest are major contribution to having a good health.
Never the less, it seems to be an impossible task while in colleges/university.
Most time our craving for sweets, alcohol, fast food etc overcomes healthy options when we are in the company of friends or under stress.we overlook our health to please our taste or desires to eat sweet things most time.

* EAT BALANCED DIET:

* STAT AWAY FROM ANXIETY OR STRESS
Stress in a way has serious detrimental effect on our health. Anxiety and stress are bad for our mental and physical health. In other to maintain a good health we have to learn to manage stress.
* DRINK ENOUGH WATER
When we drink water it’s keeps us in a normal temperature and makes us hydrated.
* TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR BODY (SKIN)
In other to maintain a good health we need to take proper care of our skin, bath well, use good skin care products and avoid things that can harm the skin such as knife, blades etc.
