Why we offer tuition-free education in Edo – Foundation

A non-governmental organisation, Godsent Foundation, has said access to education, especially to the underprivileged persons is key to addressing the nation’s security challenges.

To this end, the foundation said its tuition-free school in Edo state and other welfare programs have taken no fewer than 1,000 needy persons off the streets.

President of the foundation, Amb. Dion Osagie, who stated this in an interview with journalists in Benin City via zoom said: “Godsent Foundation is made up of people with like mind who do not want to see others suffer.

“Our tuition-free school has pre-kg, kg 1 to 3, primary 1-6 and Junior Secondary School (JSS) 1-3. We believe that education is the key to a better life if we want to groom good leaders in Nigeria he added.
